Bless her heart. She thinks Mommies and their little girls are supposed to bake cookies together. When I asked her what she wanted me to play with her, her answer was "I have a great idea! We can make cookies! And I can put sprinkles on them!" Great. While we did have sprinkles in the house, that was it as far as cookie making supplies. I tried to talk her into making biscuits instead, she said no. Can't blame her. So off we went to the store. I would love to tell you that we made these from scratch, or even from a mix. Nope. These are the fabulous break apart cookie dough. The Sugar Cookie variety. She couldn't have been any more proud of them though! And, they were yummy!

Please don't even think to blame this on me! Your mom make "scratch" cookies with you.
Don't worry, I will be willing to place a dollar in the therapy jar for Hope.
Love you anyway,
Mimi
